5.1 Client Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of agreed custom deliverables as defined in the project contract. Codiantix retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codiantix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
